Step 1: Express Interest

Contact the Cubmaster at pack1533cubmaster@gmail.com to let us know you’re interested and which role you’d like to fill. Review the Adult Leader Training page.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete the online adult application and registration through my.scouting.org. Registration fees are reimbursed by the Pack. A background check is processed automatically upon application.

Step 3: Complete Required Training

All leaders must complete the following before working with Scouts:

Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT): Required annually — available at my.scouting.org
Position-Specific Training: Den Leader Specific Training for Den Leaders; Cubmaster Specific Training for the Cubmaster
Hazardous Weather Training: Required for Den Leaders

All training is self-paced and available online.

Step 4: Get Connected

Once approved, you’ll be added to Pack leader communications and granted additional access to Scoutbook Plus and Pack 1533 leader resources.
